20th Annual Smoke on the Hill Texas State Championship

1st Place - Ribeye
This Texas BBQ team has been rising to the top of the winners circle this year, getting multiple firsts when it comes to steak, and the seasoning that is getting them there is our very own Dusted. In this BBQ cook off they used an A5 Dusted Wagyu Ribeye, cooked it over mesquite book, and added the extra wow factor by incorporating a Dusted Bone Marrow Compound Butter. Mean...need we say more!?
The 20th Annual Smoke on the Hill Competition was HEATED this year with more participants than ever seen before, making the 1st place win that much sweeter.
